Workshop Overview

RTI is not simply a checklist of implementation steps—it’s a mindset focused on ensuring that every student receives the time and support needed to succeed. This workshop is designed for school teams that have already begun implementing RTI but are still refining their processes or facing challenges. Drawing on his experience working with hundreds of schools, the presenters provide practical strategies to make RTI more efficient, effective, and equitable. Successful RTI implementation requires collaboration among all staff, divided into three key groups: collaborative teacher teams, a leadership team, and an intervention team. Together, these teams take collective responsibility for the learning and success of every student.

• Create a toolbox of effective interventions.
